Qualities

Pop open the cork on a bottle of 2006, and stick your nose in the bottle. When I do that what hits me straight away is the herby aromas with a gentle hint of tangy lime. Pour a good measure into a glass and taste it neat and these aromas carry neatly and cleanly through to the palate.

Our gin’s overall flavour is light and fresh, with very delicate citrus notes complementing the herbs and the pure barley spirit.
